Your solicitor will send out a draft contract to the buyer's solicitor who will then raise enquiries regarding the contract that your solicitor will reply to. At this stage a date for the survey on your property should have been set and a proposed exchange and completion date.
We will guarantee to keep you informed throughout the conveyance process. There are no legal obligations until the contracts are signed.
Exchange of contracts is one of the milestones in the home buying process.
